DIQ Plan

DIQ- Director in Qualification

In the past I have always looked at becoming a director as the end of DIQ but in reality it is the beginning of a wonderful journey.

I am examining where I want this business to take me and how I will get there. I am determined to hold a min. of 3 parties per week- share the opportunity with three women and sell a min. of $300 this will take me great places.

My goal is to have one of the strongest units in all of Mary Kay and with that being my goal my focus is to focus on goal oriented women who have a burning desire to Enrich Other Women's Lives.

Making money is not my focus in this journey but to share this opportunity so it can change their lives and mindset the way it is changing mine.

I have 26 weeks to become a director and that will happen if I focus on these goals:
Monthly- doing a Power Start Plus each month
Weekly- doing 3+3+3 in July, doing 4+4+4 in August, doing 5+5+5 in September, October and November
Daily- I will make a min. of 10 phone calls and get at least one booking for either a career sharing session or a party.

My work schedule:
Monday- Individual Pampering Sessions from 6:30 until 8- Phone time from 8 til 9
Tuesday- Success Meeting with guests- min of 5 per meeting.
Wednesday- Party Night
Thursday- Party Night
Friday- Date Night
Saturday- Muffins and Marketing in the AM
Sunday- Family Day and Phone night

I am sticking to the plan and it all of my dreams will come true!

Mary Kay Sales Director

I have a goal of becoming a Mary Kay Sales Director by Christmas- that is exactly 26 weeks from today. I will do it because I have broken my goal down into monthly, weekly and daily goals. I recently realized and put this quote into action in my life: "It's not a matter of whether you can or can't- it's a matter of whether you will or won't.
